The Website is a digital platform which offers a range of services including but not limited to selling clothes, music, and songs to its users. In addition to that the Website allows users to vote for their favorite content creating users who are registered with the Website (“Members”). The Website aims at connecting people together and supporting each other. Members shall be entitled to vote for their favorite person or group during any events that the Website would arrange. A certain part of the money collected by the Website from licensing the User generated content shall go into a jackpot for Members, while the remaining amount shall be given to charity or used for maintenance of the Website. Members can upload music for free, but there shall be a price for other Members who want to use such music for his own purpose under a limited license. There will be a Subscription package that may allow Members to vote for and push the Wildcard users to advance into the next rounds. (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
